When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, selected service, project message, and website URL if supplied. We use this information to review your request, respond, and discuss a potential project. Please do not include passwords, financial details, or sensitive personal information.

How inquiries are handled

Inquiries are sent to support@webdesignio.com through the website’s hosting mail service. Your email address is used as a reply-to address. Successful submission indicates that the hosting mail system accepted the message; it does not guarantee inbox delivery.

Technical and anti-spam information

The hosting provider may process standard technical information, such as IP addresses, request times, and browser details, in server logs. The form handler uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit repeated submissions. A short-lived session cookie may be used for basic request handling. These measures support site security and abuse prevention.

Fonts and third-party services

This site loads typography from Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser when fonts are loaded. Hosting and email services process information needed to operate the site. The production website does not include advertising pixels or a newsletter subscription. A development preview may use the preview platform’s own analytics and infrastructure, separate from the HostGator-hosted website.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry correspondence only as needed to respond, manage a project relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can request access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information by emailing support@webdesignio.com. Requests may be subject to legal or operational recordkeeping requirements.

Project data and AI tools

Sending an inquiry does not automatically authorize us to upload your confidential project materials to AI services. If a project uses AI-assisted tools or external integrations, data scope, permissions, and responsibilities are discussed separately before work begins.
